Organization description
Radio PIM Test Development is a function within the PDU Radio in Development Unit Networks (DNEW). Part of 5G product/test research, pre-development and early integration for Radio products.
Department Production Test Development (PTD) Kista is organized in several cross functional teams and have test end-to-end responsibility. The teams consist of all needed skills to be able to solve user stories from a prioritized backlog. PTD Kista is accountable for test development of 5G Test Beds & IoT, Radio Macro, Small Cells, early phase Filters and Mechanics.
Job summary
As a Product Development Leader, you will ensure the project execution with right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. The Product Development Leader teaches, coaches, challenges and develops individuals, teams, and organizations. The PD leaders secure technology leadership and foster an innovative and learning culture.
You will take place in an Agile way of working where the framework of Scrum or Kanban is used and based on the collaboration tool Hansoft.
You will work together with highly qualified and motivated colleagues in an exciting fast paced international environment.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree of Science or above, with a minimum of 2-year relevant manager/leader experience.
• Proven strong leadership skills in particularly People and Thought leadership skills.
• Minimum 5-year working experiences in SW/HW development
• Good knowledge of R&D processes and operations, and R&D Project Management
• Proven successful track record in driving organizational innovation and Change Management.
• Good understanding of Agile/Lean, and personal experience from its implementation is an advantage.
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have good presentation skills.
