hela Sverige We are now looking for R&D Project Managers to our Radio Network development to secure Ericsson technology leadership. As a Project Manager you will drive small to very big R&D projects containing both SW and HW development.
PDU 4G & 5G RAN
PDU 4G & 5G RAN is a PDU inside Development Unit Network Products (DNEW) within Business Unit Network Products (BNEW).
PDU 4G & 5G RAN is responsible for development, release and maintenance of LTE RAN, 5G RAN, Massive IoT, 5G plug-ins and the MS RBS.
We are now looking for Project Managers to work in our Project Organization with everything from small to very big projects.
Focus is on SW development in an Agile and Lean way but there is also a big challenge in working together with the other PDU's inside DNEW to get our products out to the market as one Product, with both HW and SW.
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager you shall be able to take on full responsibility for a project on main level. .
Since we are striving for Continuous Delivery of features, both new releases as well as maintenance releases can be part of your assignment. All releases have high demands for timely deliveries with high quality.
You shall not only be able to work with own resources in the project but also be able to coordinate results from other projects/programs within and without the PDU and still reach your targets.
Position Qualification:
You shall be an Experienced PjM with E2E view of Product Development.
Core Competences:
• Project Management competence in an Agile/Lean environment
• Product Development experience from PreStudies to GA
• Product Development experience from both SW and HW design
• Knowledge about the RBS product
• Stakeholder management of high level stakeholders
• Business Understanding of the RAN and RBS business
