We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
• Education: M. Sc. or equivalent
• Min years of experience: 8 years from R&D or Service area, whereof 4 years of leadership experience
• Domain experience: Strong business understanding of Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) in their respective Product/Area/Region/Site. Good understanding of market insight and trends in the telecom, ICT and IT industry, implications of Cloud, SaaS, IoT, AI etc.
• Strong Customer understanding
• You will need excellent team and people Management Skills
• Strong and proven Coaching & Mentoring Skills
• Communicate at senior level
