Development Unit Charging & Billing in Business Line Revenue Management, develops software based solutions and products in the area of Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS). Main offerings are CBiO, Charging System and BSCS.

Operational Excellence, OE, drives the overall OE area within DU Charging & Billing and ensures needed alignment with SPM, DSE other DUs.

OE acts as a change manager in the DU, driving and securing a structured and efficient governance, as well as processes, methods and tools. OE drives effectiveness and efficiency. OE inspires and pushes for continuous and concrete improvements, visualizing achievements within the OE area.

Operation Excellence reports to head of the DU and is a member of the DUs leadership team.

The main responsibilities are:

Owner of backlog & roadmap for improvement impacting the whole DU

Reviewing and supporting the local improvement programs in the DUs development centers and functional areas.

Qualifications:

You need to have a University degree or equivalent.

In order to be a successful candidate for this position you should have strong and demonstrated experience in OE role.

Required competence:

SW development PMT experience

Experience as SW product development leader

Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Change management skills

Drive and energy

Forward looking with a pragmatic approach.

Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
