Job Description
Because of increased demands and growing market for product line Mill Lining Solutions we are looking for a new member of our development team:
As our Product development engineer you are responsible to develop new products, improve existing products and create necessary technical documentation, according to project requirements. This also includes creating and update product specifications with project results. Other important parts of the mission are to plan and execute engineering tasks within the agreed time schedule and budget.
In this position you will also transfer project knowledge to the product launch organization, perform FEA studies and initiate test activities within the scope of MLS RTD and Engineering.
You will be part of a small local operating team that supports colleagues locally, regionally and globally in technical projects.
The work contents high-and-low challenges and the variation of our projects is large which means that the days rarely are the same.

Product development engineers report to Head of Global RTD & Engineering within product line Mill Lining Solutions.

Requirements
We are looking for you with a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering degree. You have a technical background from manufacturing industry and are probably familiar with Mill Lining applications. You also have a proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
We believe that you have been a part of a successful technical design business or have experience from related industries or applications. Knowledge in AutoDesk Inventor is meritorious.
As the market area is global you have the ability to travel frequently and even with short notice. You are familiar with project management, flexible and enjoy the customer meeting on all levels. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with the ability to work and perform under pressure to meet deadlines, working on several projects at one time, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast paced environment.
Your Swedish and English is fluent verbally as well as in writing.
