ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for curious and committed engineers who want to be involved in developing the electrified vehicles of the future together with us and our customers. We are broadly looking for different competencies and the role will largely be shaped based on you and the experience you have in the field. You will get to work in challenging and exciting development projects in the automotive industry and to master this role, you need to have well-documented previous experience of vehicle development.
You will take part in challenging and exciting development projects in the automotive industry in Europe. The role includes both independent work and work in agile teams. You get overall responsibility for your own tasks and tricky problem solving will be often on the agenda.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are not looking for employees, we are looking for co-workers - for ESSIQ:ers! Below are the basic qualifications for the job, but your personality and mindset are also of great importance.
We believe that you are a MSc, BSc, or equivalent with a focus on mechanics, automation, or mechatronics and at least two years of professional experience in any of the following areas:
Good skills in one or more of the most common CAD tools such as Creo, Catia V5
Good knowledge of all phases of product development.
Preferably experience of having worked in the energy or automotive industry.
Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
Preferably experience from product development within Powertrain, BIW or Interior- / Exterior systems
Agile product development and project management
You are social and communicative - open and clear to your colleagues, and a problem solver.
You are responsive and helpful - have easy to take in knowledge from colleagues and are happy to share your own. You are generous with tips, help and support.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Form of employment: permanent full-time employment.
Access: by agreement.
