Are you curious about science, product development and working in an international environment where no day looks the same? We are now looking for a driven and collaborative Product Developer to join BAT Fiedler & Lundgrens team in Malmö.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to combine science, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration in a modern and fast-paced organization.
About the role
In this role, you will be part of BAT Fiedler & Lundgrens global product team working with deployment and development of products for markets around the world. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries and be involved in several projects simultaneously - from product introductions and innovation projects to process improvements and system-related coordination. You will become part of a close-knit and supportive team where collaboration, curiosity and ownership are highly valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and supporting product deployment projects for global markets
Collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and countries
Participating in project meetings, kick-offs and cross-functional initiatives
Supporting process improvements and identifying opportunities for smarter and more automated ways of working
Working with approvals and coordination in internal systems such as SAP
Contributing to innovation and product-related activities in laboratory and development environments
Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in different phases

The assignment starts immediately and will initially run for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant through Adecco.
About you
We believe you have a background within Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another scientific field. You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of relevant experience from laboratory work, product development or a similar environment.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy collaborating with others, feel comfortable working in an international setting and are not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
Since the role involves many touchpoints across different functions and stakeholders, we also see that you are communicative and comfortable representing your function in meetings and cross-functional discussions.
We believe that you:
Have a degree within Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field
Have some form of laboratory experience through studies or previous work
Have a genuine interest in science, product development and innovation
Are structured and able to plan and prioritize your work independently
Enjoy working with many stakeholders and building relationships
Are curious and motivated to learn new systems, processes and ways of working
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

Experience from the food industry, product development, SAP or process improvement work is considered a merit, but not required.
