The team for the Technology Area NPWT, is offering a temporary position as Product Designer, R&D Innovation & Technology.
Publiceringsdatum2015-03-30Dina arbetsuppgifterThe purpose of the position is to develop new products within the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) area to fulfill customer needs according to the business strategy. You will be responsible to ensure that the customer needs are handled in an efficient way, propose new design solutions resulting in new or an improved offer to our customers in order to ensure competitiveness of our Avance offer.
In this position you will be responsible for technical translation of customer needs into specifications and design control during the development projects, perform design control activities, develop new products, work with geographical expansions, line extensions and change management.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the product documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements/Medical Device Directive (MDD), FDA 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation and MHC Quality Management System. Securing compliance towards relevant regulations through proper design control and development of product documentation is a focus area within this position.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful applicant will have an academic background (Bachelor or Master Degree) or corresponding experience. Minimum 3 years experience from product development within Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge and previous experience from NPWT is considered a merit.
The successful applicant is a positive and performance driven team player with a high customer focus. You are flexible and used to deliver high quality performance within given deadlines. You have excellent knowledge in design control and development of product documentation.
You communicate and cooperate in a professional way with your colleagues and external contacts. You like to work in cross functional teams, have strong commitment to product development and a strong personal drive to make things happen. Good knowledge about product design, quality assurance activities, regulatory demands and production processes is required.
You are fluent in English (written as well as spoken).
