What you'll do as a product designer
Our product designers have an important role in simplifying the future of digital trade and help shape a customer centric culture at Sendify. By driving the end to end user experience within one or multiple product teams, you will ensure our solutions create value for both users and the business. For us this means: Simple, efficient, tasteful and understandable.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers and data analysts in a modern environment with tools like Figma, Slack, JIRA, Asana, Notion and Sendify's Design System.
In order to succeed in this role you:
• Have 2+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design and user research and how those field interact.
• Have experience working collaboratively with engineering, PM and designers.
• Have experience working with research and data to inform decision making.
• Are curious and actively take actions to understand the problems and drivers of our customers.
• Are passionate about improving the lives of our customers.
• Take active participation in building out the design culture through showcasing the value of design, collaborating with other designers and practicing what you preach.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have experience in Figma/Sketch.
• Have experience in customer analysis (Customer journeys, research, etc).
