What you'll work with
The Product Designer (Lead Generation) role will give you the chance to work on a business-critical lead generating website
https://funnel.io/ that reaches a global audience. Our website is the heart for new leads and we treat it as its own product. The role is not only about user testing, generating leads or landing pages. It is a chance to test new ideas and develop communication of the product along with various teams at Funnel. You will work with short iterations and a build-measure-learn mindset.
Needless to say, this is a vital role for the company and a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a chance to really have an impact.
The team
You will be part of our Design team (

In addition, you will also be an essential part of our Web team, consisting of our Product Lead, Ola (
https://jobs.funnel.io/people/748626-ola-wallin) (check him out as well!), SEO Strategist, Digital Analyst/CRO Specialist, Web Developers, and another designer. Together you will be responsible for the optimization of our website and creating an engaging user experience.
This cross-functional setup between design and web allows for a holistic design approach, knowledge sharing and co-creating within the organization.

Look - you will work with a bunch of strong-minded, committed Funnelers with different perspectives than yours. Sometimes that means advocating for design ideas and explaining why certain design choices were made. For you to be able to do that and back it up with experience we believe that you need about 4+ years experience from a Product Designer role.

This role is located in Stockholm and we offer a hybrid-remote setup. We value increased cross-organizational teamwork and thus have decided to be at least 3 days a week in the office. We are not offering a fully remote setup for this role at this time.
We are not able to support relocation at the moment and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants that:
• Hold Swedish citizenship
• Hold EU/EEA citizenship
• Have a valid work permit for working in Sweden
