Joining us
Working at Teamtailor means working in a young, fast moving tech company. As a product designer, you'll be joining a fantastic team of designers, developers, sales representatives and support staff of diverse backgrounds. We're looking forward to having a new pair of hands to make pretty things.
We spend a lot of time together and we make sure to have fun along the way.
Your role
You'll be responsible for keeping business needs in mind while serving up lovely user experiences. That means communicating user needs to the rest of the team and crafting a consistent look and feel.
You approach design challenges with thoughtful energy.You think about what to build now and what to build in the future.You know when you lack knowledge to make a design decision, and you seek out answers. You feel responsible for creating an excellent, end-to-end platform that supports the needs of our users.
