We are now looking for a Product Designer leading the product work and driving the Product organisation forward as a Chief Product Officer. Responsibilities . Drive product thinking in both a Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) setting . Create innovative User Interaction solutions and product designs . Translate complex business requirements to actionable engineering tasks . Ensure product development processes are state of the art . Drive user testing and validate product designs and concepts via structured feedback loops

Minimum qualifications:
• At least 10 years experience of digital product design
• At least 4 years university studies in quality management or related fields
• Hands on experience of product design solutions targeting both B2B and B2C simultaneously
• Hands on experience of building web based products with a conversion focus
• Experience from at least one large european tech company (+1000 employees) with an international market Preferred qualifications
• Experience from FinTech, Gambling or e-commerce
• Experience from building sign-up processes
• Experience from tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, inVision
• Strong ability to articulate and communicate ideas and concepts to stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
• Passion for motion design and transitions
