We are now looking for a Product Designer to join our Product team including Designers, Product Managers and UX lead. We are a small team with lots of opportunities and initiatives to be part of, where we strive to solve societal challenges.
Job Description
In this role you be part of shaping the future of healthcare. You will be collaborating with Product Managers, Development teams and Stakeholders designing for our digi-physical patient journey - from identifying challenges and opportunities to research and implementation.
The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:
• Ensure we turn insights and opportunities into new and enhanced services creating a positive impact and experience for our patients, as well as for our business
• Facilitating workshops, working with wire framing UI and UX designs, prototyping and usability testing
• Apply a data-driven approach as basis for designs, i.e. tracking analytics of user behaviours on web and apps, as well as UX research
Qualifications and personal qualities
• 5+ experience of UX/Product design - from discovery to implementation of digital services with a solid understanding of user centric design
• Relevant university education in the field of design
• Experience working with hypothesis and data driven design approach with i.e. A/B testing
• Strong record of creating intuitive user interfaces
Working close to stakeholders requires great communication skills (Swedish and English), therefore we put emphasis on your pedagogical and social skills in this recruitment. We believe that you are able to drive design and build trustful relationships. Furthermore, you have experience from working in an agile environment where besides being a great team player, you embrace flexibility and proactivity.

Place: Office at Sveavägen 63, Stockholm and flexible remote
