As Product Design Leader in Range and Product Design Matrix, you lead and enable the development of better products to significantly move all parts of democratic design by solving the needs and dreams of the many people's everyday life at home, with the full capabilities of our value chain.
We develop our creative processes through exploration and ideation and engage the many people and the many partners to our product development to enable lower costs and faster time to market always with a clear IKEA Identity.
We are now looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to our team, who will work with the specific assignment in Product Development
You will lead, coach and facilitate the product development to happen across business areas, functions and value chain. This to enable the exploration and development of better products in a home furnishing context for a better everyday life strengthening the IKEA product range identity.
Your tasks will be centred around the development of new methods, tools and capabilities within DNP/DNS (Develop New Products/Develop New Solutions) alongside driving our networks forward. You will also coach and facilitate in product development projects and take part in the continuous development of the Product Design Developer assignment.
The position is permanent 40h/w. We have varying working hours and work both on weekdays and weekends - day shifts and evenings. To apply for a job with us, you must be 18 years of age or older.
