Who you are
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product analyst to contribute their expertise and shape the direction of the analytics department. To succeed in this role we believe that you are a problem solver with a can do attitude and a passion for analytics, growth and product. You have probably worked in a similar role for a few years, preferably at a SaaS company. Although crunching numbers and solving problems might be closest to your heart, you're probably also excited about spreading the data gospel, increasing data literacy in the business and testing new ways to get things done.
What you'll do
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into user behavior, customer acquisition, and product performance.
Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to define and develop key metrics, measuring performance and outcomes.
Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, implement and analyze experiments to optimize product performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate collection and validation of relevant data.
Skills and requirements
Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar.
Experience in A/B testing hypotheses and tools.
Experience working with developers/data engineers to secure high data quality and relevance.
The ambition and courage to challenge the status quo of our ways of working, tech stack and other areas.
Preferably knowledge of SQL and BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar)
