As a Product Compliance Specialist at Husqvarna you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your focus will be on advanced electric products - primarily Robotics and you will be responsible for making our products safe and compliant and ensuring that they meet our customers' needs and expectations.
The role gives you the opportunity to build a strong network both internally and externally. You will be included in our compliance network and take an active role in relevant national and international standard committees.
You will be part of the Product Compliance department within the Husqvarna division in Huskvarna. Our main task is to ensure that all products are safe to use and that all regulatory requirements in different markets are met. We use a hybrid working model with a flexible setup between working from home and at the office.

Responsibilities
This position focuses on advanced electric products - primarily Robotics, and your main tasks will be to:
Identify and monitor worldwide regulatory development within the electrical product safety area.
Assure that relevant stakeholders (R&D, product management, sourcing and manufacturing) are proactively informed about related legislative and standard changes.
Be part of our compliance network and take an active role in relevant national and international standard committees.
Represent Product Compliance in new product development projects to secure that product compliance is achieved. This include specifying requirements, supporting certification processes, reviewing compliance evidence and approvals.
Act in Husqvarna Group compliance network lobbying activities to influence proposed legislative and standard changes, that risk to adversely affect the business.
Support in electrical product safety related questions from compliance colleagues, R&D, test houses, etc.
Qualifications
To fit in this role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
M.Sc. or BS degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
Competence and experience from electrical product safety.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience from work with complex electric products.
Experience from electrical product safety of radio products.
Knowledge about general product requirements for electric products, batteries, SW development, radio applications and functional safety.
