Husqvarna Group is looking for a Product Compliance Manager, to strengthen our Global Product Compliance team within Husqvarna Group. About the role
To succeed in this position you should have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with product regulations and standards on behalf of a manufacturer of products. The candidate should be able to create, modify and implement processes related to regulatory monitoring and implementation of product compliance measures. The role includes working closely with the group- and divisional product compliance teams, and other departments, to ensure that all business operations fulfill Husqvarna Group product compliance policies.
As Product Compliance Manager you would be responsible to establish documentation and implement processes and measurements for Husqvarna Group to secure compliance to regulatory requirements for the complete Husqvarna Group product portfolio on the global marketplace. The position as Product Compliance Manager covers all of the regulations and products within the Group. You will report to the Director Group Product Compliance, organized within Group Legal Affairs.
Your mission and responsibilities
Be part of Husqvarna group's product compliance networks
Drive group-wide process development with focus on efficient product compliance management
Manage product compliance IT-platforms
Monitor legislation and standards related to Husqvarna's products, including both new legislation as well as changes to existing legislation.

Who are you?
You have experience within the area of product compliance, quality management, or product certification.
You have experience from leading projects and change management, preferably IT-related projects.
You have analytical skills, and the capability to absorb complex information, investigate technical and regulatory publications, interpret, conclude, and communicate necessary actions and impacts.
You have experience with process development
You like a structured way-of-working, and have good cooperation and communication skills.
Fluent English (verbal and written) is required, Swedish is a plus.
You have Bachelor or Master degree in engineering.
Knowledge related to PLM- and ERP-systems is beneficial for this position.
Knowledge in regulatory fields of ESG and/or chemical compliance is also beneficial.

International travelling is part of this position.
Location: The position is located at our office in Stockholm with the possibility to a hybrid working model.
