What is the job about?
In this position, your job is to lead multiskilled teams in realizing a long-term, progressive cybersecurity agenda in partnership with your key stakeholders and staff. With a holistic view, you take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle - from strategy and vision to discovery and delivery - enabling us to develop strong and effective cybersecurity capabilities that proactively meet the needs of the organization.
Your character
You understand the value and significance of great cybersecurity capabilities and how they unlock opportunities in the business. As a thought leader, you're demonstrating expertise, clearly expressing your ideas, and developing differentiating industry-and function shaping points of view. Being visionary and analytical with excellent communication and networking skills, you deliver convincing presentations and build great relationships with stakeholders. You thrive working in an agile and changing environment, understanding both details and the big picture.
We believe that you require the following knowledge and experience:
Extensive experience as a leader within the cyber security field.
Significant subject matter knowledge in the cyber and information Security space in terms of processes, people and technologies.
Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practice such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Agile practices and mindsets.
Digital product development and management.
Experience from senior leadership roles in large multi-national organizations.
Relevant IT-degree or certifications (ISACA or similar).
Fluency in English, knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
