What you will do:
You will be responsible for the Fulfilment product area. This covers a wide product offering: From the delivery offered to our consumers to the fulfilment flows required to make sure that supply meets demand - on time.
You will drive growth by making your product area excel, and you'll work to create efficiency and scale in the right strategic areas. The role reports to the CPO and will be a part of the Product leadership team.
You will:
• Build a strong portfolio of bets and incremental optimizations
• Form a holistic product roadmap across the product area
• Get buy-in on strategic directions you lead
• Lead rapid product experimentation
• Collaborate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders such as operations as well as across the Product leadership team
Your responsibilities will include:
• The fulfilment product strategy - vision, strategy, KPIs and impact
• Formation of a competitive best-of-breed product within the area
• Leading a team of product managers
• Building partnerships across the organization to drive strategic goals
• Drive tangible impact on main KPIs
Who we're looking for:
• +7 years of experience in Product Management and a strong track record in driving impact
• +2 years of managerial experience
• Experience in lean logistics is a plus
