About the role:
CDI Experience Organization is looking for an experienced Product Area Expert for the Digital Post-Purchase Product Domain - Service Operations Product Area, who is responsible for enabling an excellent post-purchase journey for our consumers together with our service partners.
As a product area expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team is working on the right things to meet business goals. You will play a crucial role in the global development, implementation, and improvement of the products in the domain. You will collaborate closely with the product manager and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, data and finance analysts, and key business stakeholders to define the product roadmap and drive its successful execution.
Main responsibilities:
• Product Discovery and Development:
o Lead and/or support the product teams with the product discovery process.
o Actively engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring clear understanding of business needs and customer expectations.
o Coordinate and plan for joint development projects with other business areas that involve cross-functional development across multiple domains. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at every stage of the development lifecycle.
• End-to-end ownership of the assigned product area
o Support for the development deficit - planning and prioritisation
o Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure priorities are properly established and followed, based on the global product roadmap and product domain and product area strategy (short and long-term).
o Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
o Prepare and coordinate requirements with detailed acceptance criteria to ensure development teams get the necessary details to deliver within timelines.
o Analyze product performance to make informed decisions about what to improve iteratively.
o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about product development and to gather feedback.
• Responsible for the coordination of QA:
• Coordinate & ensure fulfillment of acceptance criteria at the end of development.
Who are you:
o 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital/web products
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role in software development
o Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
o Understanding of product development and design principles
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
o Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering)
o Experience with household appliances and/or service operations is an advantage

Where you'll be:
