As a Product Area (PA) Business Controller for ATM Tower Systems (ATM TS) you will work close together with the PA manager and the business to meet the targets for the PA when it comes to turnover and profitability. You are a member of the Management Team and will lead a small team based in the Netherlands and in Sweden. The turnover for the business is around 500 MSEK yearly.
You are responsible for providing relevant financial information to the management and to the organization. You are also expected to drive, challenge and support the organization to secure actions needed to reach financial targets and to optimize the finance process.
The main tasks are:

Secure the financial processes for ATM TS, including consolidation of monthly reporting, forecasting, budget and business plan

Initiate and implement improvements to secure the profitability and cash flow of the PA.

Secure compliance obligations like internal control and effectively manage business risks from a financial perspective
*
Actively support and participate in the Winning Business process and steering groups
*
Lead and support the segment Business controllers
Your profile
We are looking for a PA Business Controller with high integrity, who are able to see the bigger picture. Further you are flexible and used to independently prioritize and drive your work. Together with your team you ensure timely reporting with high quality.
You have a relevant academic degree or post graduate qualification and several years of relevant experience, preferably as a controller.
We work in an international environment so to be successful in this position you must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in Agresso and HFM is an advantage.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

ATM Tower Systems is a unit within Saab that develops world-leading air traffic management systems. The systems are used to conduct airport operations and manage air traffic as efficiently and safely as possible at everything from the smallest to the largest airports in the world. This places very high demands on our products to maintain a high quality. ATM Tower Systems are currently located in Gothenburg, Växjö, Linköping and in Apeldoorn.
