What's in it for you?
We are evolving from being a "traditional" IT organization into Consumer & Enterprise Digital. A major part of this is connected to the exciting journey to re-define how we execute our work using product orientation and agile frameworks. This means that we will evolve how we build things from being defined by applications, platforms and systems into digital products that address the end-o-end needs of a user. Specifically, this means that our approach will be to build or manage the software that provides the features a user needs across the end-to-end journey of an activity, where underlying technical functions and interfaces for features within a product will be explicit and actively managed and decision-making will involve a continuous assessment of architectural, customer and business trade-offs.
We are now in the phase of scaling up the transformation and establishing more digital products and on this journey, we need support from talent to drive the activities related to the product establishment in a role as a Product Architecture Lead.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be accountable for the technology platform and the product architecture for products under establishments to ensure a landscape fit for future realizing the big bets of the company. You will:
* Define and implement technical architecture standards and degrees of freedom for Product Teams aligned with CED architecture strategy.
* Ensure information management and masterdata management for on-boarded product areas.
* Secure platform integration strategy in products.
* Define and secure target infrastructure operating model for Product Teams.
Do you fit the profile?
* Deep architectural knowledge about modernization/transformation of monolithic point-to-point integrated legacy applications to modern micro services based architecture.
* In depth knowledge of information modelling and principles in order to scope and prioritize products.
* Proven pragmatic approach to creating policies and guiding principles to define autonomy for product teams.
* Foundational knowledge about continuous integration/ continuous delivery capabilities including underlying platforms and infrastructure.
On a personal level
* Cultural role model especially with respect to positive attitude, openness, curiosity and trust.
* Prestige-less and comfortable being creative and inquisitive.
* Mindset to enable, not control.
* Proven experience in agile ways of working, can evangelize & influence others.
