• Degree in MSc Energy systems or relevant field
• +4 years of experience in Product Engineering Development
• +4 years of experience in Energy Storage systems
• Leadership and coordinating skills in a highly flexible and frequent changing environment.
• Field Experience with Energy storage System Commissioning and service
• Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skill
• Knowledge with
Bonus points for:
• Project Management certification (PMP, CPM or similar)
• Experienced in problem solving and process optimization.
• Experience with lean six sigma projects
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
Highly organized and results driven.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
Advanced experience with MS Office
An eye for detail
Good problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as a technical Aftermarket Energy Storage systems expert as it applies to various projects globally.
Perform technical audits, review plans, and other customer documents to develop, and provide requirements with recommendations in support of existing applications and new business opportunities.
Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in ESS Product and broad understanding of other related product within the company.
Support to establish specifications for customer Electronic and electrical devices needed to meet application requirements including software, drives, sensors, switches, and relays.
Manage backend technical customers support activities including timelines, action plans for issue resolution in coordination with engineering and quality as it relates to customer complaints and warranty issues.
Work with the solutions team on service tools applications, Requirement definition, product validation of prototype parts and assisting with creating/maintaining product docs and tech data libraries.
Support Customer training efforts of ESS products to customers internal service organization and service providers.
Make recommendations for improvement to Engineering, aftermarket solutions team and the customer to continuously drive towards lower cost and increased quality within the required timing.
coordinate the release of drawings / reports to the customer that meets the individual customer's agreed requirements.
