Product Application Engineer
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
1) Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders through engine installation requirements.
2) Use prescribed and innovative methods, and work with limited guidance.
3) Participates as a team member and actively contributes towards team goals.
4) Understand and apply Cummins application and installation guidelines and requirements.
5) Carries out partially defined and moderately complex tasks.
6) Demonstrates good understanding and applies knowledge of an engineering discipline.
7) Applies engineering and/or scientific skills and continues to develop experience in creating engineering solutions.
8) Participate in project teams in cross-functional proactive and corrective action groups.
9) Prepare and maintain job files for each project.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
1) Mechanical/Electrical Degree and background or equivalent.
2) Experience with commissioning of diesel engines is prefferd.
3) Installation Quality Assurance (IQA) (Engine) - understanding of installing a product correctly in any interfacing application. How should test and quality tools/processes be used to support end customer satisfaction.
4) Installation Systems - Cooling (Engine) - A component understanding of engine cooling systems and how they affect a products use. Knows some things must be followed to maintain a system. Awareness of guidelines that exist for drive installation requirements for the cooling system.
5) Completed Electronic Basics training and understands system design requirements for basic electronic functions and devices.
6) Demonstrates use of analysis skills to learn and analyze information in a timely way.
7) Understands complex concepts and problems and identifies how they relate to key processes.
8) Fluent in English and Swedish.
9) Readiness to travel to customer sites.
