WHO YOU ARE
You're a pro at managing brand projects, working with strategists and creatives to execute world-class deliveries. Maybe your specialty is projects that merge technology with creativity such as immersive demos, digi-physical experiences, websites, or other digital projects. We have exciting projects that cover the full spectrum.
Regardless of your background, you love new challenges and have experience in managing high-concept creative projects as well as hands-on productions. You will lead processes and steward ideas from inception all the way to delivery with a keen eye on budgets, schedules, and contracts. During tight deadlines, you keep the team calm and assure deliveries of the best quality. You're social and confident and you treat everybody with an open mind. You are curious with a "nothing is impossible" attitude and you are not afraid of speaking your mind.
You have a background in project management/production, ideally within in an agency. You can work independently as well as act as a key member and a leader of project team and you are comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
As part of a tight-knit team you will report to the Head of Production and will work closely with the Strategy and Creative Teams to bring brilliant ideas to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Develop timelines, budgets and project plans for assigned projects
• Own assigned projects from ideation to delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and outlining milestones
• Act as a partner to our global clients, you should be comfortable communicating with stakeholder on various levels, manage their expectations and keep day-to-day contact
• Help your project team to ensure quality control in all final deliveries
• Internal budget management, liaising with the CFO to process invoices, ensure timely payments and flag any financial issues
• Assist Client Managers with pitches, project scoping, and budget proposals
YOUR CORE STRENGTHS
• Solid experience with managing a range of projects within your area of expertise
• Strong communication and presentation skills and confidence in handling client contact and feedback
• Drafting Scope of Work contracts for client projects and identifying scope change within projects
• Being a solutions-focused team player with a collaborative working style
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and are able to work to strict deadlines
• Confident communicator in English, verbal and written
• Have experience with other project management tools such as Teamwork, Basecamp, or Trello (this is a plus)
