Gaming Corps are developing games for several devices such as mobiles, PC and consoles.
Job Description
• Owns and maintains the high level project schedule on behalf of the team and other organizational stakeholders.
• Tracks the project budget and profit and loss.
• Works with management to procure and track the necessary human resources for the project.
• Handles the majority of the formal and informal organizational communication with stakeholders that are external to the team.
• Administers the majority of project related processes external to the team.
• Establishes contracts with and manages external contractors as necessary
• Manages the fulfillment of our licensing terms where licenses apply to the product, including acquiring the necessary 3rd party approvals.
• Together with the Game Director, anticipates bottlenecks, provides management escalation, project prioritization, makes trade-offs and balances the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Provides regular status reporting and capacity plan updates.
• Works with organizational leadership to implement best practice project management and reporting processes
• Coordinates Quality Assurance resources
Skills and Experience
Essential
• A performance driven self-starter
• Excellent knowledge of production life cycle, tools, processes and executions planning.
• Proficient with a variety of enterprise software and ability to learn new software quickly
• A data driven decision making approach
• Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask without a negative impact to the project
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization and collaborative work style.
• Thorough documentation and writing skills
Desirable
• Experience working in game development would be a plus
• Related field Bachelor's degree preferred
• Management of Live products preferred
• F2P Experience preferred
