As a Producer/Product Manager you will make sure we are building the right things and that the right things get built. That means getting people excited both internally and with partners. The Producer/Product manager is central in defining the roadmap, driving the development team towards production goals, determining resource requirements, and aligning stakeholders.
With offices in Stockholm and LA and team members in more places, we are still a small organisation and we believe we will get more done and have more fun if we work together cross-functionally as one team. We work with each other and we take responsibility for our parts. Even though the Lifesum has 54 million members in 11 languages, having been featured on the Apple Keynote 6 times for our work, we have just gotten started. We are changing. The best is yet to come.
The job
• Work closely with VP Product to set product strategy
• Coach and support the product owners and make sure they have what they need to make the right prioritizations
• Team player working with the teams to overcome complex problems, identify dependencies, develop schedules, improve product quality and stay on track.
• Make people excited
• Responsible for a product's full development cycle, where you lead the development and champion the product's vision to the team.
• Drive the roadmapping and prioritisation process, making sure our work is aligned with company goals and constantly delivers outcomes for both our users and business.
• Establish and work towards product and production KPIs
• Understanding and communicating project milestones, task deadlines, and stakeholder feedback to team members across the studio
• Oversees creative, business, tech and delivery to ensure the team delivers a product that meets the needs of the intended audience/players and the business objectives.
What you bring to the role
• You have been producer, dev director or similar for at least 1 product and/or had responsibility for larger teams within large scale productions.
• You are comfortable in driving product development in a pragmatic and predictable manner.
• You have a good understanding of all disciplines, components and stages of a large-scale production and product lifecycle.
5+ years of experience working in production in the tech or video game industry
• Excellent knowledge of user centric and insights driven product development with experience of creating and delivering fantastic digital user experiences for apps.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities
• Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles.
• Proven ability to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and support other team members.
• A sharp analytical mind with focus on results for our users and for the business.
• A curious, engaging and dependable team player.
• Trained in agile methodologies and with a passion for helping teams feel and perform their best.
• Loves to constantly explore and learn - not afraid of failing fast!
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Business or Engineering
