The Position
Avalanche Studios are looking for a self-motivated Producer to run the DevOps team in our Stockholm studio. You will be responsible for the DevOps team, a team that runs cross-game and cross-division, including Release Managers, DevOps managers, Build Engineers and Tools Engineers. This team is currently in the early stages and we foresee this growing over the next few years. As DevOps Producer you would report to the Directors of Development (for both Self-Publishing Divisions).

Production Responsibilities
DevOps Specific
Incident response point of contact for the studio
Live health monitoring and response point of contact
Documentation and cultivation of processes (eg communication)


Task Management
Division Planning (Responsible for working with and building schedules for Devops Team members)
Schedule: approval, greenlight, phase shifts for game projects
Resource optimisation for DevOps


Team Management
Roadmap for Devops team
Personnel Management
Finding and organising education and training opportunities
Budgeting per quarter

Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as a Producer within the games industry
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Has directly managed people
Experience identifying risks and providing mitigation plans

Beneficial Qualifications:
Experience working with Development Operations
Release Management teams
Knowledge of games production cycles
