The Producer reports directly to the CEO.
The Producer 's role is to assure the continued success and development of Star Stable Online game.
The Producer will be instrumental in developing and managing the overall performance and development of the product. This person should have deep gaming and game production knowledge and be able to evaluate and identify appropriate features, time-frames and budgets.
The Producer should be able to make assessments and evaluations on key points of product development and well as business strategy and decisions.
The Producer must be able to work in a fast paced environment overseeing development and interacting with many other departments needed for running the game successfully.
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
Implement and grow the game in alignment with our Game Directors' vision
Accountable for developing and delivering the products
Accountable for product P&L
Make sure product releases, improvements and features are released on time, with high quality, and with high customer acceptance and delight.
Monitor KPI 's and work with improving these
Interact with company stakeholders and functions (Marketing, BI, customer care, Tech etc) in delivering and operating the game.
As a manager in the company, you co-own company strategy and leadership
Duties include:
Work with Game Director to identify overall direction of the game
Making sure that the game is on track to meet the goals and stay within the company's goals and direction.
Overall management of the product, it 's roadmap and performance
Facilitating communication, planning development procedures, establishing schedule milestones, monitoring the budget and supervising progress.
Define and prioritize development initiatives, setting/meeting aggressive timetables
Clearly define processes for approving assets and delivering elements in the game development pipeline
Work in close cooperation with Marketing, making sure that they are up to date on releases and aligned with game 's plans
Gather feedback from QA and CS departments, prioritise bugs/improvement and make sure these are implemented
Anticipate & react to major technology changes
Lead execution of technology partnerships, relationships, etc.
Identification of competitive services and opportunities for innovation
Monitor KPI performance and propose improvements
Analyse gamer behaviour and feedback
Communication to mgt, staff, partners, media, etc.
Forecast, develop, and administer budget
Establish and monitor an analytics regime that measures performance to goals
Review and approve development releases
Build & manage internal (and external) teams
Profile requirements:
Experienced Leader
Strategic outlook with ability to see the big picture
Experience in running game development projects, preferably MMORPG games
Experience with business models, KPI 's and iterative testing
Keen analytic and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage engineering teams
Ability to manage creative teams
Ability to keep remote teams on track
Moderate technological understanding
Familiarity with tech requirements of internet marketing
Experience of working in a dynamic environment
