About the role
As a Producer at Chief Rebel, you will be at the heart of our game development endeavors. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals who share your passion for creating unique and immersive gaming worlds. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing sprint planning and managing backlogs to resolving dependencies and maintaining documentation.
Your influence will extend across multiple feature teams, as you tackle challenges, and keep our production efforts organized; your insights and decision-making skills will drive progress and ensure that our games are not just good, but great.
Skills needed
To thrive as a Producer at Chief Rebel, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
• You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a producer in the gaming industry. Your previous work in the field will provide you with the necessary insights and expertise to navigate the intricacies of game development.
• Familiarity with the unique demands and nuances of PC game development will be invaluable in this role.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira, agile methodologies, and Scrum is crucial to effectively managing production workflows and ensuring optimal collaboration. Familiarity with tools such as Notion and Miro will further enhance your ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• As a Producer, you must possess a proactive, diligent, and highly organized mindset. Your positive can-do attitude will inspire and motivate your team, while your ability to effectively communicate decisions and push back when necessary will ensure cohesive progress. Excellent communication, time management, and delegation skills are vital for success in this role.
