About the role
As a Producer in Hästens, you are working deeply with projects that requires attention to details, such projects are the Hästens Next Level Photography and Film, and the tasks in writing Production Briefs.
In these kinds of projects, you develop the production brief that contains what to produce and have it structured in the sequence of how you proceed to do it. In addition to that you have defined what assets are being created by making that production happen, the value those assets bring to the customer, marketing channels, and the holistic value for Hästens.
You very much care about the content, which is essential for you to produce any work that meets the Hästens standard. This way of thinking influences the quality of your actions throughout the value-chain.
You make sure that products are tidy before and during the production.
Responsibilities
• Next Level Photography and Film.
• Write the Production Briefs.
• Do the Planning and Lead the Production.
• A well-done hand over to Post-Production.
• Raising the Hästens Standards
Additional responsibilities
Documenting photo-shoots. Managing the photo-studio and its equipment. Developing the photo-shoot guidelines. Explore creation of virtual productions.
Skills and requirements
• Relevant academic degree within producing creative productions.
• Relevant practical experience within photo and video productions.
• Experience working with large productions that involves photography and video.
• Position is based in Köping, Sweden. We expect that you are physically in the office, 5 days per week.
Best amount of travel may happen for those photo-shoot locations that requires it.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish; written and spoken.
• Setting targets/goals in your OKR's that challenge you to create an opportunity for you to grow and become better.
• Be able to choose the ideas that will create the most value and make them happen the soonest and then continue with what is next.
And having the do-both and succeed-with-both attitude.
• Be able to work in a Functional / Matrix Organization in a fast-growing company.
• You are responsible for being resourceful, delivering your work in time. Improving work processes for working smarter and faster.
You are responsible for communicating to your coworkers and managers whether something is going to slow/lack of response/or simply stuck, and that you bring your solution so that actions are being made to un-stuck that thing/person and speeding things up. Whether that is in the Marketing Department or any other Department, momentum is key.
