As the Producer for the New Features team you won't only be leading the production of the new features, but also lead the product design processes. You'll be the one to make sure Toca Boca can explore, develop and release new features and system updates for Toca Life World. To give you an idea of what those features might be, check out the character creator and home designer in Toca Life World.
The features we develop get lots of attention from our fans on social media, you'll see the Tiktok-videos just rolling in. Instant confirmation that what you and the team creates has an impact.
What you'll be doing
You'll drive the development and production of new features and system updates, focusing on the kids' perspective. Creating features that will resonate with our fans.
You'll facilitate design workshops, explore different solutions and refine the project brief. Once we have a verified solution move into production.
You'll be responsible for the short and long term planning for the team - sprint planning, milestones, project forecast etc. You'll also evaluate and develop a good process for both team engagement and product roadmap delivery, as well as ensuring team health and supporting the team's day to day activities.
Is this you?
You have experience managing the production of digital products. This means you know how to make developers, testers, designers, artists etc. collaborate in the best possible way.
You have previous experience leading teams as well as experience and/or interest in product design processes/frameworks.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we're an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
