Your mission
Your mission will be to make our development processes as frictionless as possible, optimizing efficiency and removing roadblocks before others even spot them. You will plan and execute assigned projects in the Studio, leading the day-to-day development and ensuring that production is running accordingly, meeting targets for schedule, budget, and quality.
You will be responsible for JIRA administration, cost tracking, financial reporting and making sure the team has what they need to succeed. This will include facilitating meetings such as sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Because we want you to continuously improve our processes and develop better ones. You will also work as part of a production team under a lead producer and in close collaboration with project leads and game director. You will ensure that production plans align with the game vision and overall studio goals. You will align on the product roadmap, priorities, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders updated and well-informed.
The team behind Crusader Kings 3 is extremely proud of the game, the history it brings to life, and the mechanics that make it run under the hood. With over 50 people, the team is composed of a whole bunch of specialists and experts and as a producer you will get to interact with them all.
The skills we're searching for ..
Demonstrable skills as a Project Manager or Producer
Knowledge, interest, and experience in various methodologies and processes
Knowledge or experience in a leadership role will be considered meritable
As you will be leading a group of developers, you will need to be comfortable talking in front of people, or leading discussions and meetings in English. As there are many people, tasks, and processes to keep track of, structure and transparency are expected. Scope: Full time
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Remote status: Office based, with two weekly optional "Work from Home" days.
