Project leader for intercultural media production
Our company is expanding and we are looking for an engaged Leader for media production partly due the great demands we receive form several Tv channels in the middle east and north Africa. The role entails planning, leading and producing short and long documentaries in Scandinavia. You will be working closely with several functions within the company such as the camera team, the web team, marketing/sales, back office, finance, IT and operations. You have to have previous experience in media management and able to fluently speak and write in three languages, Arabic, French and English. Knowledge about the media production and culture in North Africa and middle east is a very important. We believe that you like planning and creating structure and you are comfortable with finding solutions in areas outside your own expertise. We appreciate that you are innovative and a good decision maker. You will be leading and working with a team from different parts of the world. Experience in intercultural communication and working with a team of different backgrounds is very important.
Arbetsuppgifter
• Leading and conducting and producing different programmes and documentary films as well as supporting operations with executing tasks within the projects.
• Planning and securing the resources needed for a project.
• Cooperating with different stakeholders and good at networking
• Writing scripts and documenting processes after ended project.
• Acting as the bridge between the different tv channels and between the team members, suppliers, and partners in the project.
• Motivating and developing your project team members.
• Good understanding for intercultural tv production.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet
• University degree in media and communication with tv production in foucs
• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the field of tv production and tv management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills with solid technical acumen.
• Fluenet in Arabic, English and French.
• Knowledge within tv production, management, presenting and script writing.
