Main tasks and responsibilities
As a procurement system specialist you will work with both project related tasks regarding system implementation as well being responsible for support, coordination, administration, testing, training and maintenance of the S2P (source-to-pay) system Coupa.

Focus areas:
Configuration of Coupa (S2P system)
Configuration of Kofax (Invoice interpretation system)
Identify and implement technical and process improvements
Integration error management
2nd line support, incl IT and Coupa support
Release upgrade administration and management (testing & training)
UAT support
Test scripts & Advantum (doc mgmt system)
Hypercare support
System refresh
Audit reports
Location: Malmö
Reporting to: Director Indirect Procurement, Malmö
The skills you will need
Academic Degree
Experience of ERP and/or purchasing management systems
Knowledge of the procurement process
Ability to challenge current procurement processes and have a dialogue with end users about improvements
Experience of technical support, handling configuration and technical system issues and training end users
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

The ideal candidate
The right candidate need to have a knowledge of the procurement process and a profound system interest with experience of S2P (source-to-pay) systems. You have in previous roles worked with technical support, handling questions and customizing individual configuration of S2P systems, software upgrades, update of test environments, development of processes and technical system issues.
Personal qualities
As ideal candidate for this position you need to be improvement focused, have an eye for details and the ability to work both with high and low tasks. Working with change management, acting structured and striving to achieve set goals is key in this role. It's also important to possess good communication skills.
