The organization is divided in four parts - Packaging, Shipping & Customs, Production Logistics and Warehouse & Material Planning. ISM is continuously developing and is now going to strengthen the team with a Procurement Coordinator.
What you will do:
As our new Procurement Coordinator you will be part of an expanding team working in Industrial Service Management and you will be responsible for procurement of production material.
You will focus on:
Execute call off and order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems
Main point of contact for engineers, market companies and converting factories for order and delivery of test material
Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements
Control that transport of the deliveries are done in the right time
The position is based in Lund and you will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Who you are:
We believe that you have a service minded personality with a strong personal drive and the ability to meet set targets with a passion for coordinating supply and deliveries to meet with the needs of the clients. Furthermore, you have a creative mind with a strong interest of analysing challenges and can easily come up with innovative solutions. You have a technical educational background within logistics or similar working experience, combined with at least five years of experience from working with order administration, purchasing, logistics and supply chain management. It is a plus if you have experience from working with order administration in SAP or similar system.
CAN SPEAK IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SWEDISH FLUENTLY!!!!
