Are you ready to shape the future of procurement and drive cost efficiencies across our organization? Join us as a Procurement Specialist and play a crucial role in enhancing our capabilities in procuring indirect products and services across our diverse portfolio of Brands and functions.
Group Indirect Procurement is a newly established function within H&M Group CFO Office. Purpose with the function is to achieve cost efficiencies, capture procurement synergies and reduce supplier risks within indirect goods and services across Brands and Functions within the Group.
Job Description
As a Procurement Specialist you will be at the forefront of transforming our procurement practices. You'll establish clear guidelines and lead training initiatives, equipping our teams with the latest in procurement and category management best practices. Your expertise will drive cost-efficiency and reduce supplier risks, ensuring a successful and thriving future for our organization.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and drive our "internal indirect procurement training academy".
Deliver training in Category Management, spend analysis, negotiation, TCO, and savings calculations.
Support in implementing best practice category management across spend categories, with different maturity levels and timing in mind.
Identify opportunities for cross-functional learning and knowledge-sharing across procurement areas, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Identify areas for improvement and bridge the gap between our current and future state of procurement excellence.
Implement a consistent and harmonized way of working with key user groups, applying change management methods to ensure lasting results.
Define and enforce procurement guidelines and requirements.
Act as an informal leader, engage and develop stakeholders to foster commitment for capability development.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have acquired enough experience yourself to be able to teach and coach others in category management best practice methods, spend analysis, TCO calculations, negotiation and more. You are business-focused and have a result driven mindset. You also have strong willingness and courage to break new grounds, and ability to get people engaged and willing to embrace new way of working.
Additionally, we see that you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
Extensive experience from Category Management and Procurement of indirect Goods and Services in a large enterprise environment.
Category management and Project management skills
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct spend analysis, TCO calculations, and other related analyses.
Understanding of different pricing models and contract structures
Able to identify what makes the difference and what is most important to secure progress in complex situations.
Experience from Strategic sourcing and negotiations
Experience from driving change in complex organizations with many stakeholders.
Experience in training and developing others, as well as strong communication skills.
Fluent in English

Additional Information
This is a fulltime assignment, starting as soon as possible and is based in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Indirect Procurement H&M Group, Pia Ramberg.
