The Corporate Purchasing Organisation has been recently created in order to manage the purchasing governance for all of Toyota Material Handling Europe excluding the factories. As corporate function, we centrally coordinate the purchasing strategies of all our national sales companies. We generate profit by providing the right supplier base in terms of quality, delivery, cost, environment and social responsibility. We properly and promptly answer to the business needs in terms of supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier contract management.
As Procurement Specialist Catalogue Solutions, you will manage with a high level of autonomy the specific needs of our catalogue solutions. Catalogue solutions is both internal catalogue within our ERP as well as integrated solutions linked to our supplier's ecommerce. You will be part of both building our solution and maintaining them over time. You will deal with all levels of both central and local functions of our European organisation. You will be operating in a challenging, complex and evolving environment.
Reporting to the Manager Purchasing Operations, your main challenges will be to:
* Manage efficient and robust procurement process in future purchase
* Build and maintain contact network across a European organisation
* Manage specific business requests and projects
* Protect confidential information
* Manage organisational needs and requests on catalogue solutions
Your profile
* Experience and committed to continuous improvement
* Previous knowledge in handling data related topics in agreement
* Interested in tomorrow's solutions and technology
* Able to drive commercial results
* Organised and numerate with strong attention to detail
* Strong facilitation, communication & presentation skills
* Fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
