PROCURMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Procurement specialist with responsibilities for procurement processes and tools, with placement in Finspång, Sweden. We are looking for you who have experiences within the areas of change management, process development and digitalization. You will report to head of procurement and are part of the procurement management team.

Your profile
* Good experience of working with strategic planning and development, change management and extensive business development projects.
* Deep business and probably also supply chain knowledge.
* Comprehensive understanding of the digitalization and feel strong dedication to get it to work.
* You are curious and analytical, look for alternative better solutions, never intimidated by change and are driving ideas all the way to implementation
* Experience with change management and the ability to convince internal partners to improve commonly
* Leadership and team management topics excite and motivates you. Previous experience will be of interest.
* You have a good command of Swedish and English verbally and in writing and you are used to have verbal presentations.
* Academic background is expected, university degree, bachelor levels or above in BA, Engineering or SCM, followed by operational experience of 5-10 years.

Your responsibilitites
* Program Responsible for our interdisciplinary projects for optimized tools and processes within procurement
* Strategically drive and coordinate new future-oriented, innovative concepts for procurement tools and processes
* Coordinate and manage teams/workgroups to achieve the best outcomes by joint, goal oriented actions
* Design and implement standardized methods, processes and tools to optimize processes and work results
* Take part of global SE processes and tools projects and undertake benchmarking activities to gain information about methods, processes and systems of colleagues and in open market.
* Communicate to internal customers and stakeholder and ensure knowledge transfer to the assigned unit(s) and interface partners through proactive communication and lead of / participation in workshops.
