At Clas Ohlson we are now developing a whole new team within Internal Purchasing and Procurement and are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to our head office in Insjön.
At Internal Purchasing you will be working with procurement of all materials, services and products which we don't intend to sell to our end users. The range will be broad, everything from major suppliers covering technologies and systems, cars and machines, store fittings to smaller suppliers covering furnishings and consumables.

Within this mission you will be responsible for all purchasing and procurement of indirect materials and services. You will manage and support ongoing processes and planned projects as well as future investments. You will be involved in the development of specifications and be responsible for analyzing the value of incoming bids in the procurement process and leading negotiations with suppliers. Your main internal customers will be within the fields of IT, Logistics/Supply Chain and Marketing - if you have previous work experience and expertise within any of these fields we consider it highly valuable for this position.

We believe that you have a commercial approach and is driven and motivated by creating and delivering results, both on your own and as a part of a team. You create measures and follow up your work with KPI's, while balancing your mission in contact with the company's internal stakeholders.
You have extensive experience from leading negotiations and possess a strategic and analytical mindset. You are driven by continuous improvement and you are a problem solver with good communication and cooperation skills. If this description fits you - then maybe you are the one we're looking for!
We think you should have at least three years of academic education, within economics, purchasing/supply chain, engineering or business law or other field of equal relevance and/or several years of relevant work life experience, leading negotiations within purchasing/procurement at a large or mid-size international company.
