Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, opera­tions and control of the Scania-owned Commercial Operations companies and business units. Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

BF - Business Control is responsible for controlling, coordination and development of support activities within Commercial Operations (CO).
Commercial Operations Finance and Procurement Process Development (BFF) is responsible for the development and the implementation of an efficient finance and procurement process within our CO companies. Efficient processes is an important tool to support our customer's business in an efficient way.
We are now looking for a Procurement Process manager who will be part of our team in Södertälje

Work assignments
Our responsibility is to support and coach our CO companies in working according to our policies and guidelines. We do this by process analysis, coaching, implementation of supporting IT-applications, on site reviews and follow up and we work closely together with Global Purchasing.

We also collaborate with other functions within CO Management in developing the process. Together we monitor the development and the efficiency by use of KPI's. Gaps and areas for improvements are continuously communicated and acted upon together with the different companies.

CO is now starting up a major project to implement the Microsoft D365 ERP platform throughout the organisation. One important part will be to take the role as Business Change Manager for the Purchase-to-Pay process in the D365 roll out project. In this role you will support the Business units in their implementation work.

Your profile
We believe you have

• Experience from process analysis
• Experience from implementation of IT-applications
• Goal oriented, focused on results, act as team player with good communication skills and used to work though others to reach expected results.
• Ability to work on strategic as well as detailed, tactical level
• A good understanding of and ability to interact with people from different cultures and with different backgrounds.

You will maintain a wide contact network with decision makers within CO and with persons managing the process at our business units. The organisation is global and good knowledge in both written and oral English is required. Other languages and experiences from other cultures are meriting. Occasional travelling can be expected.
