Procurement Officer
Eager to work in an international environment where we are aiming for strong continued growth? Are you driven, self-sufficient and an organized person with good communication skills with experience from procurement? Then this is your chance!
We are now looking for a new teammate to our procurement department, who 's willing to take the next step. You will join a team of five where one of your main responsibilities will be to implement the best terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the targets allocated to the procurement team.
Main tasks will be
Ensure the operational relationships with allocated suppliers
Manage the request for quotations and offers selection in consistency with the category strategy
Lead concentration plan on targeted suppliers while monitoring and eliminating business risks related to suppliers/supply
Lead regular negotiations
Identify and coordinate implementation of approvements together with allocated suppliers
Assist Supply Chain with identification and coordination of approvements on MOQs, lead times, packaging instructions etc.
Contribute to developing routines and processes allocated to the procurement team
Be the first escalation level for supplier crisis management
Identify and implement cost reduction plans for allocated suppliers and/or materials
Procurement resource in projects
You will report to the Chief Procurement Manager.
Education and Experience
You have documented experience where you have independently done supplier management, negotiation and contracting. We think you also have industrial background, preferably from the manufacturing industry and in a global position.
Documented work experience from strategic procurement
Strong negotiation skills with documented proof of training
Project Management skills with the ability to lead procurement related projects
Category Management skills
Risk Management skills
Ability to perform a cost & value analysis
Cross cultural awareness
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Experience procurement of machine investments and production tools is an advantage
You're a good teamplayer and want to share your experience and knowledge with your group and colleagues. You have excellent interpersonal skills and want to build long-term relationships with different stakeholders.
