We are now looking for a talented procurement professional to join our European team with cluster responsibility for the Nordic region.

In this exciting new role you will focus on procurement and sourcing for our factories in the Nordics. You will co-operate with people from different countries and areas of work, which demands you to be flexible and open-minded in your way of work. You will work with humble colleagues with high ambitions for running a world-class procurement organization. As a person you also enjoy working in an environment that is constantly changing and requires the right mindset to succeed with.
You will work independently in the Nordic region and as a part of the European procurement organization. In this position, you will report to your line manager in Italy and work closely with colleagues around Europe. The organization is flat and will offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain senior leadership exposure and visibility across the teams and countries. Since this is a new position in the Nordics, you will have a great opportunity to lay the foundations and increase your responsibility further on. You will be located at the Unilever Office in Solna and work closely with our Nordic factories. Flexibility for traveling is required.
Main responsibilities:
• Procurement and sourcing of equipment, instruments, services, spare parts and operating supplies from local and overseas suppliers
• Supplier and stakeholder relationship management and contract negotiations
• Executing strategic and tactical sourcing projects
• Close co-operation with the production leaders and technical experts providing support and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement processes
• Working towards goals within cost savings, improved service quality, increasing payment efficiency and accuracy, partnering strategy and harmonization of supplier co-operation
Keys to success in this role:
• 3-5 years of previous experience within procurement
• University degree within procurement, logistics or a technical field
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) are required, other Nordic languages are considered beneficial
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to travel
• Driver?s License (B)
• Knowledge/experience of SAP, Ariba or other equivalent systems is an advantage
• Experience from a FMCG company is preferred
