As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, you will bring ambition, results-driven focus, and a passion for optimizing procurement processes. Your proactive approach and dedication will make a significant contribution to our procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the procurement function by applying strong financial controls in line with company procedures.
- Source quality products to support guest satisfaction and comfort while responding positively and promptly to inquiries and issues.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to the achievement of hotel targets and initiatives.
- Work closely with supervisors to control costs, maintain performance and productivity levels.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, promoting RHG's culture and core values.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and standards, planning and documenting activities for internal and external audits as required.
Experience in hotel procurement is an advantage, but not essential.
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
High personal integrity and a strong commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in using IT systems across various platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Swedish/English.
