The products measure things like mechanical and geometric variables and are used in a large variety of different industries and processes to improve productivity, control and quality. Tasks:As a Procurement & Logistics Specialist you will be responsible to design and implement plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets. You will plan, improve and follow up of supplier performance. Also, negotiation of supplier contracts will be one of your work tasks. We expect you to apply and implement PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.You will be part of a small team with operational buyers, SCM specialists, production schedulers and inventory managers and you will be reporting to Head of SCM Planning & Fullfillment. In this role you will have a lot of opportunities to develop both the business and yourself. It is an exciting journey ahead with great career opportunities ahead such as SCM manager, procurement and logistics manager, category manager, value chain manager etc on local, regional or global level. Requirements:To succeed in this role, you hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master) within Mechanical Engineering or Material Science and have at least 2-5 years proven experience/skills in similar roles. Experience with supplier base of mechanical and electro mechanical parts is a benefit. Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory, written and spoken alike.Your personality is of high importance. We look for you who are self-confident, driven, customer focused and with the attitude that everything is possible to do in a team.
