You will be part of the Operations Management team working with processes and continuous improvement across Media Product & Tech.
As part of a dynamic and exciting product development environment, you will support some of the most prominent media houses in Sweden and Norway. You will be part of a high speed, inclusive and fun environment where openness, collaboration, innovation and passion is key.
Expectations
- Provides an overview of services currently used by MPT including cost.
- Assist teams with guidance on services available within Schibsted
- Assist teams with purchasing of tools and/or services (together with E-tech)
- Coordinate external service needs cross the MPT organisation
- Make sure that external services in regular use operates under a valid agreement following the IT Procurement Framework
- Responsible for agreements and process for agreement renewal
- Follow up on external service evaluation and guide teams in the testing process
- Serves as contact point in MPT for working with central Schibsted procurement and vendor management units
- Following up on vendor delivery
Experience
- Procurement and vendor management including handling contracts
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem solving aptitude combined with communication skills.
- Experience with budget and cost-control
- Experienced navigating in complex organisations
- Experience in IT service management and service development
