Job Description
Working collaboratively with both European Procurement and stakeholders from Norway and Sweden, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for maximizing spend under management by negotiating supplier contracts that optimize cost, service, quality and innovation. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for indirect procurement for Sweden and Norway within the area Sales, Marketing and Agency.
Areas of Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and support local and EU team in sourcing initiatives
• Develop, implement and support sourcing initiatives
• Manage procurement of contracts and enhance value
• Support the development and execution of the overall team strategy
• Negotiate, draft, review and approve supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with contract review and approval procedures prior to execution
• Implement appropriate supplier management processes
• Work collaboratively with European procurement team members
• Serve as point of contact for the supplier relationship in accordance with corporate policy and compliance
Skills and Abilities
We think that you have at least 5 years of experience in working with procurement and focusing on sale & marketing. You have the ability to manage supplier contracts with deliverable goods and services. To be successful in this role you need to have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset and strong negotiating skills.
You have a proven track record of initiating and implementing significant change and influencing at senior level, and also the ability to drive and inspire teams and colleagues. This role is cross-functional and requires international project management. You are fluent in Swedish (or Norwegian) and English.
You will be responsible for Sweden and Norway, belong to the European Procurement team, - and report to Associate Director Indirect procurement in Belgium. The role is based in our offices in Jordbro, in the south part of Stockholm and will require 2-3 days of travelling/week within Europe.
