We are looking for a Procurement manager for one of our most fast-growing global fintech clients in Stockholm! As Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Procurement team working closely with the business/contract owner throughout the procurement process.
You will be the go-to person for procurement-related issues, supporting negotiation in both existing and new markets and contributing to business enablement. You will support and guide contract owners at all stages of the procurement and outsourcing process.
You will also, in collaboration with stakeholders drive:
• results through methods that include competitive bidding, negotiating, and analyzing data and market trends.
• negotiation of contractual terms, conditions, and prices in all markets they are in or intends to enter.
• help contract owners identify supplier risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• support contract owners with questions related to compliance with regulations when taking in new suppliers or working with existing ones.
• drive strategic initiatives to further develop the procurement process and its supporting material.

Qualifications
• You have +5 years' experience of working in a similar role.
• You have direct experience in financial services regulated by the European Banking Association and the Swedish Financial -Services Authority (SFSA).
• You have worked in a complex global environment.
• You have experience in navigating and understanding commercial agreements.
• You have high proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English. Swedish is a plus.
• You are certified in CIPS, ISM, APICS or equivalent.
• Meritorious: Financial services industry experience.
• Meritorious: Experience working in a technology company, ecommerce, or cloud provider.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 4-6 months to start with and a possibility of extension after that.
