In this position you will be responsible of supply and development of new supplier base in connection to new localizations. The role also includes responsibility on a global basis for costs of indirect spediture such as travels, car rentals, freights, consumables etc.
You report to Global Procurement manager and the position is placed in Vika, Falun.
Your responsibilities
• Play a leading role in localization initiatives
• Negotiate agreements
• Find cost effective solutions and alternatives
• Evaluate and approve new suppliers
• Run cost down projects and initiatives
• Place purchase orders in major projects
• Implement routines and processes for purchasing thereof
• Be a part of major investment projects
• Implement and run the relevant Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will have following profile:
Education & Job experiences
• Suitable university degree or equivalent.
• CISilf or other relevant education
• 5+ years of similar job experiences
• Experience from international procurement and supply development.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, additional language is beneficial
Personal skills
• You will interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers all over the world and we assume you have an open attitude and ability to establish good relationship with colleagues.
• Well developed communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and analytical
