Description

The client is looking for a Procurement Logistics & Asset Manager to join their team. The Procurement, Logistics & Asset management team works as an agile scrum team in the product organization model together with colleagues in the technical product teams.

The client provision hardware, support and more. This means that they handle the entire end-to-end service flow, from a purchase to a delivery. The support also entails financial aspects, everything from providing quotes, to securing financial bookings and all other activities of purchase requisitions.

Work tasks:

• Work with hands-on Procurement, Logistics & Asset management and thereby be responsible for the end-to-end service flow from purchase to delivery of hardware.
• Ensure financial quality by securing correct financial bookings and invoice quality
• Work according to trade compliance, financial and legal directives
• Work in an agile team setup with Procurement, Logistics & Asset management including driving continuous improvements

Mandatory competence and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from Procurement, Logistics & Asset management
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
• Trade compliance knowledge
• Financial acumen
• Experience from working in Agile methodology setup
• Change & improvement management skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred competence and experience:

• Preferably a degree in Business Administration or equivalent
